Walker just had his 9th birthday. He wanted to spend the evening at Chuck-E-Cheese (I know, big surprise). We invited some cousins to go along so the kids would have someone to play with and the adults could visit. The kids had a great time and I hope Walker had a great birthday.
*He is a great big brother, his little brothers look up to him so much.
*He is a great student at school. He has straight A's right now, and his teachers always love him.
*He loves being in scouts and having his parents has his den leaders. He just earned his Wolf before his birthday and is now in the Bear den.
*He has been a vegetarian since age two. Still not sure how that happened, but we have stopped fighting him about it, and mealtime is much more peaceful now.
*He eats a peanut butter sandwich EVERY day for lunch.
*He knows what he likes and you can't change his mind no matter what you say or do. In fact if you try to fight him he only gets more stubborn.
*He loves to ride his bike.
*He would go to the skate park every day if we would take him.
*He is very particular about the way his clothes and socks and shoes fit (hasn't always been very fun for us). If he could live in a T-shirt, basketball shorts, and Crocs he would be a very happy boy.
*He does a great Robot Dance
*His smile lights up the room.
*He is very loved by his family.

Jen..we took our pictures at Sahuaro Park...around 59th ave and Olive.
Like father, like son! Steve used to want a peanut butter and jelly sandwich all of the time. And, it had to be cut into four triangles. He was also SOOOO picky about how his socks fit on his feet. They had to be arranged across his toes just right. I think he was a little picky about his shirts too.
