Loving Farm Life

We love living so close to my Grandparent's farm. Every time we go over there it is a new adventure, especially now that the kids have discovered how much fun it is to play outside. When we were little and would come visit we would be outside all day. My kids get over there and sit in the house and watch TV. They are now begging to go over every day.
This last week when we went over my uncle had found baby bunnies while irrigating. The kids thought they were the cutest things ever. Their eyes weren't even opened yet. My aunt was able to go to the pet store and buy a bottle and formula, and last we checked on them they were still alive. One had even opened its eyes. We hope they make it, but if not I guess that is another lesson in farm life.

Carter helping Uncle Lomand feed the cows. Sometimes I think he actually likes Uncle Lomand more than me, which is saying a lot for this Mama's Boy.

Feeding the cows some weeds. He is still a little scared of the cows. Right after I took this picture he threw the weeds and they all didn't quite make it over the fence.

"Thanks for feeding us Carter!"
