I just remembered a funny story about Walker, I have never written it down and figured I better before I forget. A couple of years ago at church Steve went to pick Walker up from his primary class. When Walker came out of his class he had a picture of Noah on the ark that he had colored during class. Steve started to ask Walker about his lesson and the picture. Steve asked Walker,"What's that a picture of?"
Walker answered,"The Black Pearl."
Trying not to laugh Steve then asked,"What is Noah doing on the Black Pearl?"
To which Walker asked,"Who's Noah?"
We still laugh about this story. I hope now that he knows who Noah is. I guess we aren't doing our job very well as parents if our children don't even know the most popular bible stories.
