Carter had his first experience with the dentist this past week. We could see that he had cavities, but had been putting it off while trying to find the right dentist to take him to. Finally he was old enough to take him to our family dentist (he won't take them until they are 3). Carter was so good I couldn't believe it. He sat still the whole time they worked on him and didn't move. I think the dentist was surprised too. We had to go twice to get all of the work done. The second day he was so excited. The best part for him was being able to pick something out of the treasure box at the end of each appointment. This was the prize he chose after his last trip. Nice that he walks out of the dentist looking like this.
