Jaron's Baseball Game

The kids and I went to San Diego to Spring Break. We had a really great time, and are sure going to miss it when Jeremy and his family have to move.

The first day we were there Jaron had a baseball game. I let Jeremy borrow my big camera to take some pictures at the game. He had so much fun, I think he took about 200 pictures. He got some really good ones. He is now trying to talk his wife into letting him get one.

All the kids piled on Grandma's lap to watch the game.

Walker playing with some random girls that were there. Well I guess his cousins are in there playing too.

On Sunday while we were in San Diego, we decided to take a walk with the kids. I got some really good pictures, so here you go, picture overload!

Beach Day

Reagan helping Jack play in the sand.

Walker bringing water up for the sand castle.

Jack sure loved playing in the sand.

Carter being buried in the sand.

Kate buried in the sand.

Without Steve with us on this trip, our sand castle was not looking so good. The kids were sure wishing he was there.

Stomping on the castle.

Walker riding a wave in. Not sure how he could take being so far in the water, it was FREEZING.

Almost every picture of Kate I took looked like this. Now that she doesn't wear diapers anymore, the waist is a little big on her. So her bum was hanging out most of the day. It was pretty cute.

Jaron, so excited because he caught a wave.

LEGOLAND

We decided we needed to hit Legoland before Jeremy and his family move away from San Diego. Jeremy was able to get military discount tickets for us. We had a really great time. The weather wasn't too hot, or cold. The rides are perfect for all of the kids. It was nice to go to a theme park and the little ones be able to go on all the rides. I highly recommend it to anyone with kids aged 3-13. We will defiantly be there again before Jeremy moves.

This fountain was the first thing we came to when we got to the park. It was really cool. There were little dots around it, and when you jumped on them the different instruments would play and water would shoot out of them. If you got enough people around it was like an orchestra playing. Even the adults were entertained by this.

Carter driving his Lego car. The cars aren't on a track, so the kids are really driving them. A few kids would crash into each other or the sides and have to be rescued by the workers. After they are done they get a drivers license as they leave the ride. It was really fun to watch them. They thought they were so cool. This one is just for little kids.

Watching the little ones drive their Lego Cars.

Walker driving. This one is for the older kids. It actually looked like real roads. They had stop signs and lights and lots of different intersections. It was really surprising to see most of the kids diving on the right side of the road and stopping when the were suppose to.
Reagan, looking way too big for her Lego Car.

Jack and Mommy found a Lego Grandpa while the other kids were on a ride.

There is a whole area in the middle of the park where they have built mini cities. They have Vegas, LA, New York, New Orleans, and others. They are in the process of building mini Star Wars land. We were a little bummed it wasn't ready.

Mommy and Jack on the boat ride. I know, great picture, but I am rarely in any pictures, so I had to post at least one.
