This is now what we see when we go to get Jack after his nap. So crazy how fast he is growing up.

He is such a happy baby!!

Carter and Dad working in the garage.

Jack is now mobile. He usually gets around doing the army crawl, but will sometimes get his knees up underneath him. He is all over the place now and we find ourselves having to set up barricades, or running when we hear one of the kids yelling that he is into something he shouldn't be. His new favorite thing is Carter's Handy Manny workbench. We find him underneath this thing a couple times a day and have to pull him out.

The look of "Oh no, I just got caught"

Yes, he is underneath the workbench

He is also pulling himself up to standing onto everything now too. He thinks he is hot stuff.
Here is a good look at the 5 teeth that he now has.

This has been one Reagan and Jennifer's newest projects. We bought one of these bottle cap hair clips at a craft fair we went to in December and decided to try and figure out how to make them. After some research on the internet we made some for Christmas presents and just made these ones for a birthday present. The clip has a strong magnet glued to it so you can interchange the bottle caps. Reagan says she is a trendsetter because now that she has started wearing them at school all the girls want them. She has made them as gifts for a couple of friends, but has people ask for them quite often.
The friend she made these for is into Twilight and one of her favorite characters is Jane, so that is who is on the top bottle cap, then of course Team Jacob, her friends name, and the others are just miniaturized scrapbook paper.

This one one we made for Reagan. She wore this one when we were at Disneyland and had someone ask her where she bought it. She was very proud to say that she had made it.

DISNEYLAND

We decided to take a vacation, before Steve opens his office, and take the kids to Disneyland. Walker was 2 the last time we went. My brother Jeremy and his family live in San Diego so they met us there. My mom and my little sister Janessa flew in from Utah to join us too. We made all our plans, then we heard it was suppose to rain while we were there, but we had already bought all our tickets so we decided to go anyway. It rained (poured) on us the entire week we were in California. We heard it was some of the worst storms they have had in a long time, even a tornado nearby from what we hear. We were soaking wet the whole time, but because of the rain there weren't any crowds there. We were able to walk right onto rides. Now how often does that happen at Disneyland? We had a blast anyway and will remember this fabulous vacation FOREVER!!
Here we are in front of Disneyland on day 1.

The start of day 1, geared up for the rain, or so we thought. It had started raining, but the downpour hadn't come yet. This is the tram ride from the parking lot to the gate.

Because it was raining so hard we decided to start the day at the Aladdin musical. I loved this show so much, they could have made it longer and we all would have been happy (especially because we could have stayed indoors a little bit longer).
Steve, Jennifer, Jack, Reagan, Janessa, Carter, and Walker

Finally after lunch the clouds parted and the sun came out. This is our first real ride of the day.

Walker and Jaron on Dumbo

Grandma and Carter on Dumbo

Reagan, Carter, Jack, Walker, Janessa, and Jaron with Dale (I think?)
When Janessa worked at DisneyWorld Dale was one of the characters that she did.

Walker, Carter, Jaron, Janessa, Reagan, and Kate with Aladdin. Aladdin was lucky enough to have his spot covered so we were dry for a few minutes.

Jaron, Carter (under his jacket), Erin, Jack, Jennifer, and Reagan on the Storybook Boat Ride.

Jack

Kate, Carter, Emmaline, and Jaron in front of the Indiana Jones ride. Waiting for the big kids to ride on one of the few rides they were too little to go on.

DISNEYLAND DAY 2

Grandma, Carter, Jaron, Kate, and Emmaline in front of Disneyland waiting to go in for another day of wet and cold fun.
Jaron kept making this crazy face everytime he knew we were taking a picture of him. I think he said he was trying to wink. Silly kid.
Waiting at the gate for Steve and Walker to drop off Harley at the kennel. Geared up a little bit better for day 2, found rain boots for the little ones, the store was out of adult sizes.
Emmaline, Kate, Jeremy, Janessa, Jaron, Reagan, Jennifer, Carter, and Linda (mom, grandma)

Jack, Janessa, Jaron, Reagan, Linda, Kate, Carter, Walker, and Emmaline
Not long after this the rain started AGAIN.

The family at California Adventure
After the rain stopped the second day.

Walker, Carter, and Reagan in front of Mr Toad's Wild Ride

Carter trying to pull the Sword from the Stone.

Carter and Emmy playing in the puddles.

Walker joining Carter and Emmy in the puddles

Because of the rain the characters only came out a couple of times. Every time we would find one they would leave to head backstage. My sister-in-law Erin had finally had it and cornered Minnie and asked her to wait for just a minute to take a picture with the kids. Thanks Erin for being braver than the rest of us.

Reagan, Carter, Walker, Jaron, Emmy, Janessa, Kate, and Jeremy with Jesse and Woody.

SEA WORLD

Checking out the Beluga wales. They are so beautiful.

Shamu show, so
AWESOME!!!!!!!

Waiting for Shamu to start, the whole crew.

Carter, Emmaline, and Jaron waiting while the big kids got to ride another ride that they were too little for.

Jaron, Jack, Jennifer, Carter, Walker, Kate, Reagan, and Emmaline.

Emmy and Reagan on the Elmo ride.

Carter, Steve, and Walker on the Elmo ride.

Reagan, Jaron, Steve, Carter (well, his ear) and Walker on Sea World's version of the Tea Cups (I can't remember what they called it). There was nobody in line so the lady let them ride twice in a row. The rest of the us chickened out, can't handle the spinning.

Steve playing with Jack, Kate, and Emmy. Kate and Emmy sure had fun with Uncle Teve. It was funny to listen in on this.
Panera, YUM!!!!!
Can't make a trip to Cali without going here. We had one near us in Colorado and we sure miss it. They need to bring one to Arizona!!
