LUKE DAYS

Jennifer's family drove all the way down from Orem to come to Luke Days at Luke Air Force base, which is only a couple of miles from our house. We had never been to an air show before, it was SOOOOO much fun. This is Bruce (Jen's dad), Jennifer, Carter (in the stroller), Janessa (in the back, Jen's youngest sister), Tanner (nephew), Reagan, Konner (nephew), Walker, and Linda (Jen's mom). Thanks to Jill (not shown) for taking all the pictures. We sure missed you Jemece & Brad and Jeremy, Erin & kids.
Our front row seats that Konner insisted we hurry to get. Thanks Konner, I am so glad we got them. It wouldn't have been the same if we hadn't been on the front line.
Tanner and Walker kept getting in each others face and yelling as loud as they could when the jets would get close. It was pretty funny to see.
It took us of few second when we saw this black line coming towards us to realize what it was.
As it got closer we realized it was a Stealth Bomber. It wasn't on the program so no one in the crowd knew it was coming. Everyone was up in seconds watching it. It took a few passes over the crowd and then flew off. It was really quiet until it was right infront of you, unlike anything else in the show. So cool, and the weirdest looking thing I have ever seen. U.F.O. anyone?
This is the Air Force Thunderbirds. They were so awesome.

Tanner, Reagan, Carter, Konner, and Walker in front of the B17. Jennifer's Grandpa Beals was a navigator in one of these during WWII. We actually got to go inside and check it out. It was pretty cool.
Carter actually fell asleep during the airshow. The kids kept coming over to check on him and would say,"Man that kid can sleep through anything." I couldn't believe he stayed asleep, it was REALLY loud.

Tanner, Walker, Konner, and Reagan coming out of the back end of a C5.
